Dependable help is hard to find
Many Kolkata families piece together support through word of mouth, with no reliable way to know who will actually show up.
Pre-launch — validating demand
ElderCare Kolkata is preparing a coordinated home-care and elder-health platform for Kolkata families — from daily assistance to nurse visits, with updates that reach children wherever they live. We are validating demand and preparing our first service network.
Joining early access is an expression of interest — not a booking, and not a commitment.
Why we are building this
Many Kolkata families piece together support through word of mouth, with no reliable way to know who will actually show up.
Agencies, independent attendants and nursing bureaus all work differently, and verification is often unclear or absent.
When children live in another city or abroad, they often learn about a parent's day second-hand — or not at all.
Everyday support with mobility, meals and companionship is different from clinical nursing. Mixing the two is unsafe; we keep the distinction explicit.
Planned services
Every category below is in preparation. None is available to book today — registering interest helps us decide what to launch first.

How it will work
This is the workflow we are designing for launch. Actual launch workflows may evolve during early access.
Tell us what support your parent or elder needs — a few hours of daily help, a nurse visit, or something in between.
Our coordination team reviews the request, clarifies clinical versus non-clinical needs, and confirms what is feasible.
We match the need against our planned network of professionals whose identity and credentials have been checked to our launch standard.
Before any visit, the family sees who is coming, their role, and the agreed schedule — with transparent pricing shared in advance.
After each visit, the family receives a concise update, so relatives in another city or country stay informed.
Where ongoing support is needed, we help shape a recurring plan that can be adjusted as needs change.
Membership — planned
We are exploring an optional membership for families who want ongoing support. Nothing here is final: prices are not published, and no service or event is included free.
A future optional membership would offer preferred pricing on eligible services. Prices are not final and will be published before anyone is asked to pay.
Members would receive earlier responses when scheduling visits during busy periods.
Every visit update and wellness summary in one place, accessible to family members wherever they live.
Occasional local events for seniors and caregivers, where feasible. Events would be optional and separately confirmed.
Gentle reminders for routine check-ups and wellness checks, aligned with your doctor's guidance.
Trust & safety
These are the standards we are building toward before the first visit happens. We do not claim every provider is already verified — verification is a launch requirement we are putting in place now.
Government-issued identity verification for every professional before they join the network.
Nursing and clinical credentials checked against issuing councils and institutions.
Background and reference checks where applicable to the role being performed.
Care assistants provide non-clinical support. Clinical procedures are performed only by qualified clinical professionals, with a valid prescription where required.
No visit proceeds until the family has seen the professional's profile and confirmed the schedule.
The full price is shared and agreed before any visit is confirmed. No hidden charges.
A clear channel to raise concerns, with every complaint reviewed by the coordination team.
Across Kolkata
Early-access registrations are open to families across the Kolkata metropolitan area — not only New Town. Where you live helps us decide which neighbourhoods to serve first.
Listing an area does not mean services are active there yet. Launch order will follow registered interest and provider availability.
Register your interest and tell us what your family needs. Your answers decide what we launch first — and where.
Questions
No. ElderCare Kolkata is in pre-launch. We are validating demand and preparing our first provider network. Joining early access registers your interest; it does not start any service.
No. Joining early access is an expression of interest only. It is not a booking, does not reserve a provider, and does not commit you to anything.
We are collecting interest across the Kolkata metropolitan area — including New Town, Salt Lake, Ballygunge, Park Street, Behala, Dum Dum, Howrah and Jadavpur, among others. Verification is part of our planned launch standard: identity checks for every professional, credential verification for clinical professionals, and background or reference checks where applicable. We do not claim that a network is already verified — that work is underway and must be completed before launch.
No. We are not an emergency, ambulance or hospital service, and the planned platform is not designed for emergencies. For any medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
